Neutral Master Suite

I’m working on a neutral master suite for a client in Asheville, North Carolina. I’m usually a huge color lover but have really been craving neutrals lately. When my client asked for a calm room that still had some edge, I jumped at the opportunity. There’s something so soothing about a soft neutral. I think they sometimes get a bad rap from color lovers for being boring and stuffy. But there’s nothing boring about the leopard print, metallic and southwest motif in this mix. Why not balance the safety of creams and grays with an energetic pattern? With the right color choices, you can have it all. This is a room my clients can live with for a long time and still feel like they have something that’s fresh and current. Choosing a soft palette is a great way to create a relaxing atmosphere, and you can always add color in later 😉
